Anne Heywood comes to T&L with a B.A. degree and business experience in private industry, state and federal government agencies, and overseas retail, in addition to an extensive background running her own successful businesses. Her working relationship with the Thompson & Lichtner Co. began over 40 years ago, and since then she has served in a multitude of positions including finance, human resources, and marketing development. For the past seven years she was the Assistant to the CEO, a position which included collaborating on decisions regarding business strategy and day-to-day operations.

As the owner and CEO of the Thompson & Lichtner Co, Mrs. Heywood provides leadership and oversight of business operations including strategic planning, financial management, operations, marketing, and development and management of staff.
