Mark Weisenmiller joined The Thompson & Lichtner Company, Inc. in 1987. Weisenmiller has over 25 years of experience in every phase of building envelope inspection, including the inspection of brick and stone masonry walls, air and vapor barrier systems, roofing materials, waterproof coatings, windows, doors, joint sealants, and metal panel and curtain wall systems. as well as the installation of foundation waterproofing. In addition, he conducts water tests to evaluate resistance to water penetration of building facades and roofs. Weisenmiller also drafts specifications for the repair of water leakage in structures, and provides inspection of the repairs as they are performed.
